Gabe’s background has been largely focused on technology utilization in the healthcare industry. He started his career in web development, found a passion for creating great UX/UI and progressed into IT leadership, overseeing software development and application teams. Throughout his career he has looked for ways to improve people's lives utilizing new technology. This pursuit led to the desire to leverage mobile and beacon technology and enhance experiences for users in proximity to each other and their surroundings. Elistik grew out of many years of experience deploying beacon technology in other applications and working with other third party beacon companies. Gabe has a MBA from Indiana University and lives in Louisville, KY with his wife and two boys.
Jeffrey brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to both the technology and the business side. He is a successful business owner and entrepreneur who also was the Co-Founder and lead iOS developer for one of the hottest and most successful applications on the App Store in 2014. Jeffrey has had the opportunity to collaborate with developers from some of the largest tech companies in the world including Facebook and Apple. His extensive work with integrating ibeacon technology into mobile development projects fueled the fire that has become elistik. He is a seasoned veteran in mobile development and also has been working with beacon technology since it’s inception. Jeff resides in Northern Kentucky with his wife and, when he’s not locked into a development project, enjoys building motorcycles and the outdoors.
Lets see, Matt is your average guy looking to have a great time with great people. He’s a designer specialized in creating beautiful yet functional websites and digital interfaces. Matt is a very passionate designer that’s always wanting to grow, learn and try something new. Has years of industry experience and worked with many exceptional companies and clients during those years. He loves to talk to users of a product; to understand their desires and frustrations, and to use their insights to create simple, beautiful user interfaces that have a high degree of both desirability and usability. When not stuck in front of a computer, you’ll either find him with his beautiful family or out with friends having a few beers, trying to get as much snowboarding, paintball, disc golf or softball as he can get.
AK has been a senior mobile engineer for 4 years and worked on mobile software for Great American Insurance, built mobile collaboration software for local Cincinnati startups, and created various manufacturing apps live on the Google Play Store and App Store. A Northern Kentucky native, when he’s not hacking away on a mobile project he likes to play basketball or head down to Red River Gorge to hike.
Robert brings to elistik years of experience working in a technology startup environment. At a growing app development company he assisted with marketing partnerships and campaigns, worked on product development, handled customer support and quality assurance, and much more. At elistik he crafts copy, implements social strategy, does aso, and the like. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and generally being outdoors. Originally from the portland, oregon area, robert now lives in louisville, kentucky with his wife and son.
Michelle is a fresh-face to the tech industry, finishing up her senior year at centre college as a computer science major. after high school, she left her hometown of newport beach, ca, and set off on her gap-year abroad. her travels sparked her endless curiosity in the power of technology and its ability to bring connectivity to all different types of people around the world. she is passionate about inspiring young people to use their technological skills for social good, so she started an annual hackathon at her college, where students spend a day developing apps that provide solutions to issues on campus. her programming experience includes video game design, ux/ui, data visualization, and application development. when she’s not in class, she loves spending her time producing digital music, going to music festivals, and watching adult swim cartoons.
